We are offering curbside service. Give us a call if you want a book. We will pull it from the shelf and put it in a bag outside our door. The Claysburg Library will be closed through March 29 due to the state of emergency. All books will be renewed and not due until we reopen.
Every Tuesday evening at 5:00, the library sponsors a weight control support group. Come and get some helpful encouragement from others who are trying to stay healthy and keep their weight down.
The Library will be closed December 24 – 27 for the Christmas holiday. We will also be closed New Year’s Day.
The library will be closed November 28, 2019 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
It’s getting close to that time again. Our annual fundraising dinner will be held October 19, 2019 at the East Freedom Fire Hall. Tickets cost $20.00 and include a turkey dinner with sides. Beverages will be provided but you may BYOB. The doors will open at 6:00 pm. Tickets are available at the library. We are already receiving baskets and donations for our raffles and silent auction. Don’t miss it!
The location of today’s Learning @ the Library picnic has been changed to the Claysburg Community Center (old Senior Center) due to the weather forecast predicting sever storms.
Thanks to the C-K Ag Club, we had a great Easter Egg Hunt this year. They brought two baby goats and a beautiful rabbit. Also thanks to the Dollar General for the candy for the hunt.
